C. Mann won the south-east rinks singles title at Manea, Cambs in March 2008.

This was the first title Mann had ever won, and was the youngest to have won it, this was even more of a shock as he was not supposed to play as he did not qualify to take part. But as a couple of Norfolk county players pulled out, Mann got given the oppourtunity and took with both hands winning all his games and producing some excellent shots beating previous winner M. Franks from Suffolk in the semi's.
